All La Candela di Vite products carry a 100% guarantee against manufacture defects only, not for dissatisfaction with a scent. If you have any question about a particular scent, please inquire directly or purchase a Scenti-Melt Clamshell or Tealights to test the scent first before committing to a larger candle.
However, if you are not satisfied with the strength or performance of your products, (Please see Frequently Asked Questions) please contact us to receive a return product code. Upon receipt of code contact us below to receive a mailing address to return the product:

Your product will be inspected and if found defective will be replaced at no charge. Shipping/handling charges to return the product is the responsibility of the consumer and customary procedure.
We are not responsible for damages incurred in shipping. Therefore, it is highly recommended additional insurance is purchased on products sent out USPS Priority mail or for shipments totaling more than $100.00 through UPS. All damage claims are to be filed with the carrier by the consumer for reimbursement. Each carrier requires the original packaging be kept for inspection and will instruct you accordingly for filing a damage claim. It will not be the responsibility of La Candela di Vite to contact the carrier, nor replace damaged items if insurance is not requested.
